Refund policy

We stand by our products so if you are dissatisfied, we will accept unopened and unused product within 30 days of the invoice date for a full exchange of the merchandise value, refunded in the original form of payment less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling. To improve the product or customer experience, please contact Customer Support at info@natural20coffee.com or (202) 670-4961 no later than 30 days after your date of purchase.

Please provide your name, order number, and a brief explanation of why you are not satisfied with your order.  We will get back to you within one business day and do our best to resolve the issue.

However, to start a return, please pack the product(s) and include a copy of the slip included in your order. Secure your package, then send to:

Please return your packages prepaid as we do not accept Cash On Delivery (COD). We recommend you insure and track the package as well.  If your online order is defective or missing, please contact us and include your order number and the list of missing/defective items. Thank you.
